Overview

At AutoSchematic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In original packaging where applicable

Print-on-Demand Products

Our products (posters, phone cases, mouse pads, and MagSafe wallets) are made to order specifically for you. As such:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on personalised or custom-printed items
  • However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, we will offer a full replacement or refund — no return required
  • Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email us via the contact form on our website with your order number and reason for the return
  2. For damaged/defective items, include a clear photo
  3. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

  • Digital downloads
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
